Custom Handcrafted Rocking Chairs
Welcome to El Dorado Rockers where beautiful, functional furniture is made as fine pieces of art.
Each piece of furniture is handcrafted by me out of wood that I have personally hand selected for its
grain, color and beauty. Cherry, maple and walnut are my woods of choice as they are unsurpassed
in durability and presence.
My rocking chairs were inspired by Sam Maloof, who is credited for taking wood craftsmanship to a
new level, and Hal Taylor, who teaches seminars on building rocking chairs. The free-floating back
system of my rockers provide superior support and maximum comfort to any size and shape of an
adult back. You will be amazed at how good solid wood can feel.
Along with unmatched comfort and support, each handcrafted piece is a true work of art. Careful
attention to detail, symmetry and line flow goes into each rocker I exclusively create. Hours are spent
on the precise calculations necessary to insure the structural integrity, beauty and functional ability

After each rocker is complete, I hand rub two coats of Danish oil and the finest wax available to seal
and protect your investment for years to come. Each rocker comes with a lifetime guarantee and
